ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Antifoam compositions are provided containing organopoly- siloxanes having antifoaming properties and a solid material finely dis- persed in such organopolysiloxanes. The solid material is present in an amount of from 0.2 to 10 percent by weight, and has a particle size not exceeding 25 microns. At least a portion of the solid material is a pro- duct obtained from the reaction of an isocyanate and an organic compound having a molecular weight of 62 - 10,000 and at least one hydrogen atom capable of reacting with the N=C=O group. Such dispersions have longer shelf life, better thermal stability and are more stable to mechanical stresses than previous antifoam compositions.
