An antifogging agent composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a dispersion medium and as the main components, as solid, 0.1-5 parts by weight of colloidal alumina, 0.01-1 part by weight of colloidal silica, 0.001-0.1 part by weight of an anionic surfactant, 0.0001-0.01 part by weight of an organic electrolyte and 0.005-0.5 part by weight of an inorganic layer compound, the weight ratio of the colloidal alumina to the colloidal silica (colloidal alumina:colloidal silica) falling in the range of 90:10 to 60:40, the viscosity (A) of the composition at a low shear rate (1 sec-1) at 23°C being more than 1 poise but less than 5 poise, the viscosity (B) of the composition at a high shear rate (500 sec-1) at 23°C being more than 0.01 poise but less than 0.05 poise, and the ratio of the viscosities (A/B) falling in the range of 50 to 300; and an agricultural film excellent in antifog property which is obtained by coating the composition on thermoplastic resin film, followed by drying.
