( 25 ) Abstract An antifriction roller bearing, in which two sets of units are arranged so as to face each other in an one- axis direction. Each unit comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and rollers, the inner and outer rings being provided respectively with a raceway track of mono-hyperboloid of revolution about the one axis. The rollers are-arranged so as to come into linear contact with the inner and outer raceway tracks and slant to a plane including the one axis at an angle. An energizing means is arranged between both the inner rings or both the outer rings to energize the inner rings or the outer rings so as to narrow down the spacing of the raceway tracks, the outer rings or the inner rings which are not subject to the energizing force being stationary.
