X¿43? are amino acids; X¿16?, X¿44? are small polar amino acids; X¿19? is a large polar amino acid; X¿36? is a small or lightly hydrophobic amino acid; X¿38? is a lightly hydrophobic or small amino acid; said substitutions being such that: at least one of X¿1?, X¿17?, X¿21?, X¿43? is a basic or polar, advantageously large polar amino acid, and/or at least one of the amino acids X¿16?, X¿44? is a basic amino acid or a large polar amino acid, and/or X¿19? is a basic amino acid, and/or at least one of the amino acids X¿36?, X¿38? is a strongly hydrophobic amino acid. The invention also concerns antifungal and/or antibacterial compositions comprising at least one of said peptides.
La présente invention concerne des peptides dérivés de l'héliomicine par substitution de un à plusieurs acides aminés, caractérisé en ce que lesdits peptides répondent à la formule (I): X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, X15, X16, X17, X18, X19, X20, X21, X22, X23, X24, X25, X26, X27, X28, X29, X30, X31, X32, X33, X34, X35, X36, X37, X38, X39, X40, X41, X42, X43, X44, dans laquelle: X1, X17, X43 sont des acides aminés acides, X16, X44 sont des acides aminés polaires petits, X19 est un acide aminé polaire large, X36 est un acide aminé petit ou faiblement hydrophobe X38 est un acide aminé faiblement hydrophobe ou petit, lesdites substitutions étant telles que: l'un au moins des X1, X17, X21, X43 est un acide aminé basique ou polaire avantageusement polaire large, et/ou l'un au moins des acides aminés X16, X44 est un acide aminé basique ou un acide aminé polaire large, et/ou X19 est un acide aminé basique, et/ou l'un au moins des acides aminés X36, X38 est un acide aminé fortement hydrophobe. L'invention concerne aussi des compositions antifongiques et/ou antimicrobiennes comprenant au moins un desdits peptides.
