It is intended to provide a medicinal composition for external use which is useful in treating fungal infection reaching the lower part of a thick keratin layer. To achieve this object, an antifungal medicinal composition containing: 1) a film-forming agent; 2) a water-soluble plasticizer in the form of a solid or a paste at 20 ~C under 1 atm; and 3) an antifungal compound represented by the general formula (1) and/or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof; is provided.
La présente invention concerne une composition médicinale antimycosique agissant, en application externe, en direction des zones situées sous la couche de cornée épaisse. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une composition médicinale fongicide contenant: 1) un filmogène, 2) un plastifiant hydrosoluble à consistance solide ou pâteuse à 20 ·C sous 1 atm, et 3) un composé fongicide représenté par la formule générale (I) et/ou l'un de ses sels physiologiquement acceptables.
