A B S T R A C T Synthetic resin beads sesitized with antigens after the treatment with aldehydes have good stability. When said beads are used as the solid phase in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the assay precision, detection sensitivity and reproducibility of antibody titer assay can be unexpectely improved with reduced non-specific reactions.
