An antiglare, anticlouding element (1) consitituted as an antiglare, anticlouding mirror (10) comprising an antiglare element (5) having an electrochromic cell (4) between a front-side transparent substrate (2) and a rear-side transparent substrate (3), and a anticlouding element (8) provided on the substrate (2), a reflection film (9) being formed on the back of the substrate (3), wherein the reflectance of the element at an antiglare time is up to 25%, the electrochromic cell (4) comprises an electrochromic phenomenon- developing substance interposed between the front-side transparent substrate and the rear-side transparent substrate, an anticlouding element (8) comprises a transparent TiO2 photocatalyst reaction substance film (6) formed on the front side of the substrate (2), for developing a photocatalyst reaction, and a hydrophilic, transparent porous inorganic oxide film (7) laminated on the photocatalyst reaction substance film (6) and formed in a porous shape, and the thickness of the film (6) is 100-170 nm and that of the porous inorganic oxide film (7) is 10-50 nm.

L'invention concerne un élément antireflet, antibuée (1) élaboré comme un miroir antireflet, antibuée (10) comprenant un élément antireflet (5) doté d'une cellule électrochromique (4) située entre un substrat transparent avant (2) et un substrat transparent arrière (3) et un élément antibuée (8) situé sur le substrat (2), sur la partie arrière (3) duquel est formé un film réfléchissant (9), la réflectance de l'élément à un moment antireflet étant supérieure à 25 %. La cellule électrochromique (4) renferme une substance de développement de phénomène électrochimique interposée entre le substrat transparent avant et le substrat transparent arrière, un élément antibuée (8) comprend un film (6) de substance de réaction de photocatalyse de TiO¿2? formé à l'avant du substrat (2), de manière à développer une réaction de photocatalyse, et un film (7) d'oxyde inorganique poreux transparent hydrophile laminé sur le film (6) de substance de réaction de photocatalyse et conçu sous une forme poreuse, l'épaisseur du film (6) étant comprise entre 100 et 170 nm et celle du film d'oxyde inorganique poreux (7) étant comprise entre 10 et 50 nm.
