The invention is related to medicine and veterinary fields, in particular to nonsteroidal antiglucocorticoids. An aim of the invention is the establishment of a new class of drugs with low toxicity and high activity in regulation of sensitivity of mammalian cells to the glucocorticoid hormones. There is a novel application of an insect pheromone with long-chain aliphatic nonsteroidal structure or its synthetic analog or derivative that is unsaturated aliphatic alcohol, aldehyde or ester, for specific inhibition of glucocorticoid hormone influence on mammalian cells. The aliphatic carbon chain length of these pheromones varies from 10 to 21 carbon atoms. There is also a possibility of combining application of two or more pheromones and/or their synthetic analogs and derivatives for enhancement of therapeutic activity, selection being made on the basis of different hydrophobic properties proportional to the aliphatic carbon chain length. Difference in lengths of these chains must be no less than five carbon atoms. Example of preparation of the pharmaceutical forms and results of comparative experiments that show their high activity are disclosed.

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine générale et de la médecine vétérinaire, et concerne plus précisément des préparations médicamenteuses à base d'anti-glucocorticoïdes et d'origine non stéroïde. Cette invention a pour but de créer une nouvelle famille de préparations médicamenteuses possédant une faible toxicité ainsi qu'une grande efficacité, et permettant de réguler la sensibilité cellulaire chez les mammifères ainsi que d'agir contre les hormones glucocorticoïdes. Cette invention se caractérise par l'utilisation d'un phéromone d'insecte d'origine non stéroïde, ou encore de son analogue ou dérivé synthétique, lequel se présente sous forme d'un alcool, d'un aldéhyde ou d'un ester aliphatique non saturé et à chaîne longue, et permet d'inhiber de manière spécifique l'influence d'hormones glucocorticoïdes chez les mammifères. La longueur de la chaîne linéaire hydrocarbonée de n'importe lequel de ces phéromones varie dans un intervalle de 10 à 21 atomes de carbone. En outre, afin d'améliorer l'effet thérapeutique, il est possible d'utiliser simultanément deux phéromones et/ou leurs analogues et dérivés synthétiques, ou plus. Ces composés sont choisis en fonction de leurs caractéristiques hydrophobes sensiblement différentes qui sont proportionnelles à la longueur des chaînes hydrocarbonées aliphatiques, étant entendu que la différence de longueur entre les chaînes ne doit pas dépasser cinq atomes de carbone. Cette invention concerne également des exemples permettant d'obtenir ces substances médicamenteuses, ainsi que les résultats d'analyses comparatives qui ont permis de démontrer leur grande efficacité.
