ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compounds and their method of preparation have been disclosed. The compounds have been found to have pharmacological activity as antagonists to certain actions of histamines which are not blocked by "antihistamines". Examples of such compounds are 2-[2-(4-methyl-5- imidazolymethylthio)ethylamino]-4-pyrimidone and 3-[2-(4-methyl- 5-imidazolylmethythio)ethylamino]-5,6-dehydro-1,2,4-thiadiazine- 1,1-dioxide.
