An anti inflammatory-containing plaster comprising 5-40% by mass of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 1-25% by mass of a high molecular weight polyisobutylene, 0.5-24% by mass of a low molecular weight polyisobutylene, 3-50% by mass of a tackifier, 20-70% by mass of a plasticizer, 0.01-7% by mass of a dispersant, and 0.1-8% by mass of an antiinflammatory having a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, but which contains no L-menthol, wherein the medicament release rate at one hour after the start of test is 20-64% by mass and the medicament release rate at three hours after the start of test is 40-93% by mass according to the water-releasing test using a rotating cylinder described in the release test as prescribed in United State Pharmacopoeia.

L'invention concerne une pièce contenant un agent anti-inflammatoire, qui se compose comme suit: 5 à 40 % en poids d'un copolymère bloc de styrène/isoprène/styrène, 1 à 25 % en poids de poly-isobutylène de masse moléculaire élevée, 0,5 à 24 % en poids de poly-isobutylène de faible masse moléculaire, 3 à 50 % en poids d'agent collant, 20 à 70 % en poids de plastifiant, 0,01 à 7 % en poids de dispersant, et 0,1 à 8 % en poids d'un agent anti-inflammatoire contenant un groupe carboxyle ou un sel de ce dernier. La pièce ne contient pas de 1-menthol. Soumise à l'essai de libération d'eau au moyen d'un cylindre rotatif, conformément au procédé d'essai de libération de la pharmacopée des Etats-Unis, ladite pièce présente des taux de libération de médicament de 20 à 64 % en poids et de 40 à 93 % en poids mesurés à une heure et trois heures, respectivement, après le lancement de l'essai.
