ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compositions having excellent antioxidant characteristics are provided comprising organic media, normally susceptible to oxidation, e.g., oils of lubricant viscosity or greases prepared therefrom, containing a minor amount sufficient to impart antioxidant properties thereto of a mixture of certain organosulfur containing nickel complexes in combination with aryl amines, hindered phenols, quinones, or mixtures thereof.
