Antiparasitic compounds of formula (I) where the broken lines between the 3-4 and 4-5 positions represent optional bonds and either (i) the 3-4 optional bond is present; the 4-5 optional bond is absent, R7 is absent and R6 is halogen atom, an isothiocyanate group, a diazo group, a thioureido group of formula NHCSNR15R16 where R15 and R16 are independently H, C1-C8 alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl groups, an azido group or a C1-C8 alkylcarbonyl-thio group, or (ii) the 4-5 optional bond is present, the 3-4 optional bond is absent, R6 is absent and R7 is a mercapto, C1-C8 alkylthio, oxo, optionally substituted oximino or C1-C8 alkylcarbonylthio group; or R7 is absent and R6 is CN, with the provisos that the compounds where R6 is .alpha.-fluoro and R2 is CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)C2H5, C(CH3)=CHCH3, C(CH3)=CHC2H5 and C(CH3)=CHCH(CH3)2 are excluded.

L'invention concerne des composés antiparasitaires de formule (I), dans laquelle les lignes interrompues entre les positions 3-4 et 4-5 représentent des liaisons optionnelles et soit (i) la liaison optionnelle 3-4 est présente, la liaison 4-5 est absente, R<7> est absent et R<6> représente un atome d'halogène, un groupe isothiocyanate, un groupe diazo, un groupe thiouréido de la formule NHCSNR<15>R<16> dans laquelle R<15> et R<16> représentent indépendamment des groupes H, alkyle C1-C8, cycloalkyle, aryle ou aralkyle, un groupe azido ou un groupe C1-C8 alkylcarbonyl-thio, soit (ii) la liaison optionnelle 4-5 est présente, la liaison optionnelle 3-4 est absente, R<5> est absent et R<7> représente un groupe marcapto, alkylthio C1-C8, oxo, oximino facultativement substitué ou alkylcarbonylthio C1-C8; ou R<7> est absent et R<6> représente CN, aux conditions que les composés dans lesquels R<6> représente alpha -fluoro et R<2> représente CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)C2H5, C(CH3)=CHCH3, C(CH3)=CHC2H5 et C(CH3)=CHCH(CH3)2 soient exclus.
