The invention concerns combination products comprising (i) at least a substance capable of inhibiting CSF-1 activity and/or at least a nucleic acid, comprising at least a sequence coding for a substance capable of inhibiting CSF-1 activity and (ii) at least a substance having a cytotoxic activity and/or at least a nucleic acid, comprising at least a sequence coding for a substance having cytotoxic activity. The invention also concerns oligonucleotides capable of inhibiting CSF-1 expression. The invention is particular useful for implementing an antitumoral treatment.
La présente invention concerne des produits de combinaison comprenant (i) au moins une substance capable d'inhiber l'activité de CSF-1 et/ou au moins un acide nucléique, comprenant au moins une séquence codant pour une substance capable d'inhiber l'activité de CSF-1 et (ii) au moins une substance ayant une activité cytotoxique et/ou au moins un acide nucléique, comprenant au moins une séquence codant pour une substance ayant une activité cytotoxique. La présente invention concerne également des oligonucléotides capables d'inhiber l'expression de CSF-1. La présente invention est particulièrement utile dans le cadre de la mise en ceuvre d'un traitement antitumoral.
