An antisoiling coating for an antireflective surface, particularly the outer surface of an antireflective film stack, wherein the antisoiling coating includes a fluorinated siloxane, preferably prepared by applying a coating composition of a fluorinated silane, having a number average molecular weight of at least about 1000, of formula (I): Rf-[-R1-SiY3-xR2x]y, wherein: Rf is a monovalent or divalent polyfluoropolyether group; R1 is a divalent alkylene group, arylene group, or combinations thereof; R2 is a lower alkyl group; Y is a halide, a lower alkoxy group, or a lower acyloxy group; x is 0 or 1; and y is 1 or 2.
Cette invention concerne un revêtement anti-salissures destiné à une surface antireflet, notamment à la surface externe d'un empilement de films antireflet. Le revêtement anti-salissures comprend un siloxane fluoré qui est de préférence préparé en appliquant une composition de revêtement à base d'un silane fluoré. Ce silane fluoré possède un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 1000 au moins, et correspond à la formule R¿f?[-R?1¿-SiY¿3-x?R?2¿¿x?]¿y?. R¿f? représente un groupe polyfluoropolyéther monovalent ou bivalent, tandis que R?1¿ représente un groupe alcylène bivalent, un groupe arylène ou des combinaisons de ces derniers. R?2¿ représente un groupe alkyle inférieur, Y représente un halogénure, un groupe alcoxy inférieur ou un groupe acyloxy inférieur et, enfin, x est égal à 0 ou 1 tandis que y est égal à 1 ou 2.
