An antistatic suitable for use in gas phase polymerization in the presence of a single site catalyst comprises a mixture of a polysulphone, a polyamide and a sulphonic acid. The antistatic may be added to the reactor as a part of the gases being polymerized and reduced the reactor fouling attributable to the build up of static in the reactor.
