The present invention relates compounds of the formula I : oligosaccharide- spacer-GpIIb/IIIa antagonist I, wherein the oligosaccharide is a negatively charged pentasaccharide residue of the structure (I), the charge being compensated by positively charged counterions; the spacer is an essentially pharmacologically inactive linking residue of a length of 15-50 atoms; the GpIIb/IIIa antagonist is a residue derived from tirofiban or an analogue thereof; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug or a solvate thereof. The compounds of the invention have antithrombotic activity and can be used in treating or preventing thrombotic diseases.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I) : oligosaccharide-espaceur- antagoniste de GpIIb/IIIa, dans laquelle l'oligosaccharide est un résidu de pentasaccharide à charge négative de structure (I), la charge étant compensée par des contre-ions à charge positive ; l'espaceur est un résidu de liaison sensiblement inactif sur le plan pharmacologique d'une longueur comprise entre 15 et 50 atomes ; l'antagoniste de GpIIb/IIIa est un résidu dérivé de tirofiban ou d'un analogue de celui-ci ; ou un sel acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique de ceux-ci ou un promédicament ou un solvate de ceux-ci. Les composés de l'invention présentent une activité antithrombotique et peuvent être utilisés dans le traitement ou la prévention de maladies thrombotiques.
