It is intended to provide a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting an effect more effectively on at least one disease selected from the group consisting of multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIA, multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIB, familial medullary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid cancer, papillary thyroid carcinoma, sporadic medullary thyroid carcinoma, Hirschsprung's disease, pheochromocytoma, parathyroid hyperplasia and gastrointestinal mucosal neuroma; and a therapeutic method for the same. 4-(3-chloro-4-(cyclopropylaminocarbonyl)aminophenoxy)-7-methoxy-6-qunolinecarboxamide and an analog thereof can exhibit an effect more effectively on at least one disease selected from the group consisting of multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIA, multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIB, familial medullary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid cancer, papillary thyroid carcinoma, sporadic medullary thyroid carcinoma, Hirschsprung's disease, pheochromocytoma, parathyroid hyperplasia and gastrointestinal mucosal neuroma.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique qui produit un effet plus efficace sur au moins une maladie choisie parmi la néoplasie endocrine multiple de type IIA, la néoplasie endocrine multiple de type IIB, la forme familiale du carcinome médullaire de la thyroïde, le cancer de la thyroïde, le carcinome de la thyroïde papillaire, le carcinome médullaire de la thyroïde sporadique, la maladie de Hirschsprung, le phéochromocytome, l'hyperplasie parathyroïdienne et le neurome de la muqueuse gastro-intestinale. L'invention concerne également un procédé thérapeutique associé. Le 4-(3-chloro-4-(cyclopropylaminocarbonyl)aminophénoxy)-7-méthoxy-6-quinoléinecarboxamide et un analogue de ce composé peuvent produire un effet plus efficace sur au moins une maladie choisie parmi la néoplasie endocrine multiple de type IIA, la néoplasie endocrine multiple de type IIB, la forme familiale du carcinome médullaire de la thyroïde, le cancer de la thyroïde, le carcinome de la thyroïde papillaire, le carcinome médullaire de la thyroïde sporadique, la maladie de Hirschsprung, le phéochromocytome, l'hyperplasie parathyroïdienne et le neurome de la muqueuse gastro-intestinale.
