The present invention provides the combined use of acryloyl distamycin derivatives, in particular .alpha.-bromo- and .alpha.-chloro-acryloyl distamycin derivatives of formula (I), as set forth in the specification, and an antibody inhibiting a growth factor or its receptor, in the treatment of tumors. Also provided is the use of the said combinations in the treatment or prevention of metastasis or in the treatment of tumors by inhibition of angiogenesis.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation combinée de dérivés acryloyl distamycine, en particulier de dérivés bromo- et chloro-acryloyl distamycine de formule (I), comme stipulé (10) dans la spécification, et un anticorps inhibant un facteur de croissance ou son récepteur, dans le traitement de tumeurs. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation desdites combinaisons dans le traitement ou la prévention de la métastase ou dans le traitement de tumeurs par l'inhibition de l'angiogenèse.
