The invention relates to D-homoestra-1, 3, 5 (10)-trien-3-yl 2-substituted sulfamates of general formula (I), wherein R3 is C1-C5 alkyl or a C1-C5 alkyloxy group and to the use thereof for producing a drug for curing tumoral diseases which can be positively influenced by inhibiting tubulin polymerisation. The inventive compounds are characterised by a D- homosubstitution, in a particular by the effect thereof for inhibiting the tubulin polymerisation and in that they can be used, for example for curing prostate carcinomas.
L'invention concerne des sulfamates D-homo-estra-1,3,5(10)-triène-yle-3 2-substitués de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R?3¿ signifie alkyle C¿1?-C¿5? ou un groupe alkyloxy C¿1?-C¿5?, ainsi que leur utilisation pour préparer un médicament destiné au traitement de maladies tumorales qui peuvent être influencées de manière positive par l'inhibition de la polymérisation de la tubuline. Les composés de la présente invention se caractérisent par une D-homosubstitution, ils ont un effet particulier pour inhiber la polymérisation de la tubuline et peuvent servir, par exemple, à traiter des carcinomes de prostate.
