According to the invention, said device comprises at least two insulating protection plates, each covering at least one row of contact strips, each of said areas comprising above each strip (4), a slot (10), which allows to pass only the active part (12) of strip (4), which is designed to produce the electrical contact with the conductive areas of the smart card microcircuit.
