This invention is directed to an absorbent article, preferably a diaper or training pants, having a backsheet, an absorbent core and a topsheet (20) with apertures (21), and comprising also a sublayer (30) that comprises at least one acquisition layer, but typically two acquisition layers or more, said sublayer having a multitude of holes (31), whereby at least some of the apertures (21) overlap partially at least some of the holes (31), to form combined apertures (42) in an overlap area (40) that ahs an open area of between 15 and 50%,, and whereby the total surface area of (the total of) said overlap-zone(s) (40) is at least 2 cm x 3 cm (CD x MD), resulting in an improved isolation of feces away from the skin and at the same time a reduction of re-soiling of the skin with the isolated feces.
La présente invention a trait à un article absorbant, de préférence une couche ou une culotte de propreté, comportant une feuille de support, une âme absorbante et une feuille supérieure (20) avec des ouvertures (21), et comprenant également une sous-couche (30) comportant au moins une couche d'acquisition, mais typiquement au moins deux couches d'acquisition, ladite sous-couche présentant une pluralité d'orifices (31), permettant le recouvrement au moins partiel de certaines des orifices (31) par au moins certaines des ouvertures (21), pour former des ouvertures combinées (42) dans une zone de chevauchement (40) qui présente une surface ouverte de 15 à 50 %, et permettant la surface totale de (la totalité) de ladite/desdites zone(s) de chevauchement (40) d'atteindre une dimension d'au moins 2 cm par 3 cm (CD x MD), assurant un isolement amélioré des excréments en éloignement de la peau tout en assurant une réduction de nouvelle souillure de la peau par les excréments isolés.
