An apovincaminic acid derivative represented by general formula (I) or an acid- addition salt thereof and a medicine containing the same (wherein R1 represents lower alkyl; and R2 represents aryl optionally substituted by 1 to 5 substituents selected from among halogeno, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, acylamino and nitro, benzyl, quinolyl or thienyl), having excellent vasodilator and platelet aggregation inhibitory effects, and being usable in treating cerebrovascular disorders, thrombus formation/embolization and chronic arterial obliteration and ameliorating blood flow disorders.

Dérivé d'acide apovincaminique représenté par la formule générale (I) ou sel d'addition d'acide de ce dérivé, et médicament le contenant. Dans cette formule, R?1¿ représente alkyle inférieur; et R?2¿ représente aryle éventuellement substitué par 1 à 5 substituants choisis parmi halogéno, alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur, alcoxycarbonyl inférieur, acylamino et nitro, benzyle, quinolyle ou thiényle). Ce dérivé produit d'excellents effets d'inhibition de l'agrégration plaquettaire et vasodilatateurs et est utile pour le traitement de troubles cérébrovasculaires, la formation de thrombus/l'embolisation et l'oblitération artérielle chronique, ainsi que pour atténuer les troubles de circulation sanguine.
