Apparatus for metering one or more liquids contained in respective reservoirs (2, 6) into one or more collecting containers is characterized in that it comprises, for each liquid: a cylinder (2) for the liquid to be metered, the cylinder having a movable piston member (8) in contact with the surface of the liquid in the cylinder (2); pressure means (12) for exerting a constant force on the piston (8); means (14, 16, 18, 20) for the transfer of the liquid from the cylinder (2) to the collecting container, the transfer means comprising a duct having an inlet opening (16) for the withdrawal of the liquid from the cylinder and a delivery opening (20), the transfer means being movable in dependence on the level of liquid in the cylinder (2) and being arranged to keep the geometrical height difference H1 between the withdrawal point and the delivery point proportional to the hydrostatic head of liquid H2 above the withdrawal point with variations in the level of liquid in the cylinder so as to keep the delivery flow-rate constant; and valve means (22) associated with the transfer means for controlling the flow of liquid in the transfer means.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de mesure d'un ou plusieurs liquides contenus chacun dans son réservoir (2, 6) et débités dans l'un au moins des réservoirs. Cet appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend pour chaque liquide: un cylindre (2) pour le liquide à mesurer, un moyen de pression (12), un moyen de transfert (14, 16, 18, 20), et des dispositifs de vannes (22). Le cylindre comporte un piston mobile (8) en contact avec la surface du liquide dans le cylindre (2). Le moyen de pression (12) sert à exercer une force constante sur le piston (8). Les moyens de transfert (14, 16, 18, 20) servent à transférer le liquide du cylindre (2) vers le récipient de réception. Le moyen de transfert comprend un conduit présentant un orifice d'admission (16) permettant un soutirage du liquide du cylindre et un orifice débiteur (20). Le moyen de transfert est mobile en fonction du niveau de liquide dans le cylindre (2). Il est agencé pour maintenir la différence H¿1? de hauteur géométrique entre le point de soutirage et le point de débit selon la variation du niveau du liquide dans le cylindre de façon à entretenir un débit constant. Le dispositif de vannes (22) associé au moyen de transfert assure le contrôle du flux de liquide dans le moyen de transfert.
