The invention relates to an apparatus for implanting hair grafts wherein the apparatus comprises a tubular body with a cutting edge, hereinafter called a cannula, an ejector which is arranged to act jointly with the cannula and reception devices for receiving a container for storing hair grafts, where the container comprises a number of container compartments and each container compartment contains a graft. The apparatus is characterized in that it comprises fixing and transport devices for the cannula, the ejector and the container, together with programmable control means, where the control means receive a starting signal and control the said devices, thus enabling them to: a) move the container to a position where a filled container compartment is arranged relative to the ejector and the cannula, b) move the ejector forwards in order to expel a graft from the container compartment into the cannula, c) move the ejector and the cannula forwards with a movement relative to each other in order to push the graft towards the cannula's cutting edge, d) stop the cannula in a front position and hold it still while the ejector continues to expel the graft, e) stop the cannula in a front position and hold it still while the cannula is retracted, f) move the ejector and the cannula backwards until their respective rear positions have been reached.
L'invention concerne un appareil, destiné à implanter des greffons de cheveux, comprenant un corps tubulaire avec une bordure coupante, désignée ci-après canule, un éjecteur disposé de façon à fonctionner de manière conjointe avec la canule, et des dispositifs de réception destinés à recevoir un récipient destiné à stocker des greffons de cheveux, ce récipient comprenant un nombre de compartiments, chaque compartiment contenant un greffon. L'appareil est caractérisé en ce que il comprend, des dispositifs de fixation et de transport pour la canule, l'éjecteur et le contenant, en même temps que des moyens de commande programmables, ces moyens recevant un signal de démarrage et commandant les dispositifs, ce qui leur permet: a) de placer le récipient dans une position où un compartiment rempli est disposé relativement à l'éjecteur et à la canule, b) de faire avancer l'éjecteur de façon à ce qu'il expulse un greffon d'un compartiment vers la canule, c) de faire avancer l'éjecteur et la canule, avec un mouvement relatif l'un par rapport à l'autre, de façon à pousser le greffon vers la bordure coupante de la canule, d) à stopper la canule dans une position frontale et de la maintenir ainsi alors que l'éjecteur continue à expulser le greffon, e) à stopper l'éjecteur en position frontale et à le maintenir ainsi alors que la canule est rétractée, f) et à déplacer l'éjecteur et la canule vers l'arrière jusqu'à ce que leur position respective arrière soit atteinte.
