Apparatus and method whereby coinjection molding shooting pot actuation structure is configured to be installed in a coinjection hot runner with a coinjection nozzle (13), the coinjection nozzle (13) having at least two melt channels (14,15) ending at the same gate (22). The shooting pot is preferably disposed in one of a mold cavity half (11) and a mold core half (10). A shooting pot piston is configured to discharge a melt from the shooting pot. A transmission structure is configured to (i) extend through one of the mold cavity half (11) and the mold core half (10), and (ii) to transmit a force to the shooting pot piston (45). Actuation structure is disposed on the opposite side of the mold cavity half (11) from the coinjection hot runner, and is configured to provide the force to the transmission structure. This configuration conserves space in the mold.
La présente invention a trait à un appareil et un procédé permettant la configuration d'une structure d'actionnement de pots d'injection de moulage par co-injection en vue de son installation dans un canal chauffant de co-injection avec une buse de co-injection, la buse de co-injection comprenant au moins deux canaux de matière fondue se terminant au même point d'injection. Le pot d'injection est de préférence disposé dans un parmi une moitié de cavité de moule et une moitié de noyau de moule. Un pot d'injection est agencé pour la décharge d'une matière fondue depuis le pot d'injection. Une structure de transmission est agencée pour (i) s'étendre à travers une parmi la moitié de cavité de moule et la moitié de noyau de moule, et (ii) pour transmettre une force à un piston d'injection. Une structure d'actionnement est disposée sur la face opposée de la moitié de cavité de moule depuis le canal chauffant de co-injection, et est agencée à fournir une force à la structure de transmission. Cette configuration permet d'économiser de l'espace dans le moule.
