An apparatus and method for allocating resources in an Single Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) communication system are provided, in which a Node B performs inter-subband hopping on a resource unit for a User Equipment (UE) on a frequency axis along which at least two subbands are defined, at each predetermined hopping time, determines whether to turn on or off mirroring in a subband having the hopped resource unit on a cell basis at the each hopping time, selects a resource unit by selectively mirroring the hopped unit according to the determination, and allocates the selected resource unit to the UE.

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant d'attribuer des ressources dans un système de communication d'accès multiple par répartition en fréquence à porteuse unique (SC-FDMA). Un noeud B exécute un saut inter-sous-bandes sur une unité de ressources pour un équipement utilisateur (UE), sur un axe de fréquence le long duquel au moins deux sous-bandes sont définies, à chaque temps de saut prédéterminé, détermine s'il faut allumer ou éteindre le miroitage dans une sous-bande ayant l'unité de ressource sautée sur la base d'une cellule à chaque temps de saut, et choisit une unité de ressources par miroitage sélectif de l'unité sautée selon la détermination, et attribue l'unité de ressources choisie au UE concerné.
