A method of forming a report includes creating a report repository from database information (Fig. 1). The database (20) information may be from a set of databases (20) with different formats. Consolidated report (28) criteria are selected. Based upon the consolidated report (28) criteria, individual reports (24A-24N) within the report repository are analyzed to generate a consolidated report (28). A report field of the consolidated report (28) may be linked to an individual report( 24A-24N) that is the source of the report field.
