The invention presents a system for introducing nucleotides into cells in intact tissue in vitro or in vivo. The invention operates by sibjecting the cells to high pressure so that the cells take up the nucleotides from the extracellular space, whereupon the nnucleotides are localized in the cells' nuclei. A transfection rate of greated than 90 % can be achieved using the invention.
L'invention porte sur un système pour introduire in vitro ou in vivo des nucléotides dans les cellules d'un tissu intact. L'invention repose sur l'application d'une pression élevée aux cellules pour que les cellules absorbent les nucléotides présents dans l'espace extracellulaire, après quoi les nucléotides se retrouvent dans le noyau des cellules. Un taux de transfection supérieur à 90 % peut être obtenu à l'aide de la présente invention.
