Methods and apparatus are provided for disruption/destruction of subcutaneous structures in a mammalian body for the treatment of skin irregularities, and other disorders such as excess adipose tissue, cellulite, and scarring. Devices and methods include energy mediated applicators, microneedles, catheters and subcutaneous treatment devices for applying a treatment non- invasively through the skin, less invasively through the skin, or minimally invasively via a subcutaneous approach. Various agents to assist or enhance the procedures are also disclosed.

L'invention porte sur des procédés et sur un appareil permettant de désintégrer/détruire des structures sous-cutanées dans un corps de mammifère pour traiter des irrégularités de la peau, et autres troubles tels que l'excès de tissu adipeux, la cellulite et la cicatrisation. Les dispositifs et procédés de l'invention comportent des applicateurs d'énergie, des microaiguilles, des cathéters et des dispositifs de traitement sous-cutané permettant d'appliquer un traitement non effractif à travers la peau, moins effractif à travers la peau, ou très peu effractif par le biais d'une approche sous-cutanée. L'invention concerne également différents agents servant à ou facilitant la mise en oeuvre desdites procédures.
