An apparatus includes a first rotary disc 21, a plurality of folding plates 22 arranged at regular intervals along a peripheral zone 21a of the first rotary disc 21, a plurality of positive motion cams 23 arranged at regular intervals along the peripheral zone 21a of the first rotary disc 21 so as to be interposed between the first rotary disc 21 and the folding plates 22, a second rotary disc 44 located on the opposite side of the first rotary disc 21 and a plurality of auxiliary plates 45 arranged at regular intervals along a peripheral zone 44a of the second rotary disc 44. One of the folding plates 22 and one of the auxiliary plates 45 synchronously move into the inside of a contiguous diaper structure 80 and simultaneously the guide arms 33 move into a clearance between the guide blades 54 so that the opposite side edge zones 82a of the crotch region 82 may be held between the guide arms 33 and the guide blades 54 and thereby the crotch region 82 may be tucked into the contiguous diaper structure 80.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de pliage d'entrejambe de couche jetable. Ledit dispositif comprend une première plaque rotative (21), un certain nombre de plaques de pliage (22) montées sur le bord périphérique (21a) de la première plaque rotative (21) un certain nombre de cames à mouvement positif (23) intercalées entre la première plaque rotative (21) et les plaques de pliage (22) et montées sur le bord périphérique (21a) de la première plaque rotative (21), une seconde plaque rotative (44) placée du côté opposé à la première plaque rotative (21) face à cette dernière ainsi qu'un certain nombre de plaques auxiliaires (45) montées sur le bord périphérique (44a) de la seconde plaque rotative (44). Ledit dispositif est conçu de telle sorte que les plaques de pliage (22) et les plaques auxiliaires (45) entrent de manière synchrone dans un ensemble couche (80), alors que des bras de guidage (33) entrent dans l'espace libre entre les lames de guidage (54), de sorte que les deux côtés (82a) de la région d'entrejambe (82) sont maintenus entre les bras de guidage (33) et les lames de guidage (54), la région d'entrejambe étant ainsi pliée à l'intérieur de l'ensemble couche (80).
