A method for forming a molded garment (70) is provided. The method includes positioning an assembly of material (50) between a first heated mold element (20) and a second heated mold element (30), moving the first and second heated mold elements (20, 30) in relation to one another to laminate the assembly of material (50) into a laminated assembly (60); moving a third heated mold element (40) through the first heated mold element (20) into contact with the laminated assembly (60) so that the third heated mold element (40) shapes a portion of the laminated assembly (60); and causing the first and second heated mold elements (20, 30) to trim fabric from the laminated assembly (60) to define the molded garment (70).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de former un vêtement moulé. Ce procédé consiste à disposer un assemblage de matériau entre un premier élément de moulage chauffé et un second élément de moulage chauffé, à déplacer le premier et le second éléments de moulage chauffé l'un par rapport à l'autre afin de laminer l'assemblage de matériau et d'obtenir un assemblage laminé ; à déplacer, au moyen du premier élément de moulage chauffé, un troisième élément de moulage chauffé de façon qu'il vienne en contact avec l'assemblage laminé et que le troisième élément de moulage chauffé façonne une partie de l'assemblage laminé ; et faire ébarber le tissu du vêtement laminé par le premier et le second éléments de moulage chauffé afin de définir le vêtement moulé.
