A net derucking rectifier system is described The system has a stuffer, a product horn having an upstream end and a downstream end, the upstream end mounted to the stuffer, a netting tube having an upstream end and a downstream end, the netting tube removably mounted coaxially over the product horn and having a tubular netting shirred thereon, a bracket mounted coaxially to the netting tube and having a plurality of fingers pointing radially inward to grip the netting, the bracket movable between a first position near the upstream end and a second position near the downstream end, the fingers biased to grip the netting when the bracket is moved from the first position to the second position and not to grip the netting when the bracket is moved from the second position to the first position, and a clipper located adjacent the distal end of the netting tube.
La présente invention concerne un système de rectification pour éliminer les fronces d'un filet. Le système comprend une boîte de frisage, une corne de production comprenant une extrémité amont et une extrémité aval, l'extrémité amont étant montée sur la boîte de frisage, un tube de filet ayant une extrémité amont et une extrémité aval, le tube de filet étant monté de façon amovible coaxialement sur la corne de production et ayant un filet tubulaire aplati sur lui, un support monté coaxialement par rapport au tube de filet et ayant une pluralité de doigts qui pointent radialement vers l'intérieur de façon à saisir le filet, le support étant déplaçable entre une première position proche de l'extrémité amont et une seconde position proche de l'extrémité aval, les doigts étant inclinés de façon à saisir le filet quand le support est déplacé de la première position à la seconde position, et de façon à ne pas saisir le filet quand le support est déplacé de la seconde position à la première position, et une attache disposée adjacente à l'extrémité distale du tube de filet. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un procédé de défronçage d'une longueur prédéterminée de filet froncé sur un tube comprend les étapes consistant à : saisir le filet dans une première position sur le tube; déplacer le filet saisi de la première position à une seconde position sur une distance prédéterminée axialement le long du tube; relâcher le filet dans la seconde position, et saisir à nouveau le filet dans la première position.
