The invention relates to a circuit incorporating NAND flash memory. It is desirable to provide a NAND flash memory to an apparatus, for example a mobile device. The circuit has a working memory, a programmable memory, and a controller. The working memory has a capacity smaller than the capacity of the NAND flash memory for copying part of the information stored in the NAND flash memory therein and has second addresses different from the first addresses of the NAND flash memory. The programmable memory has basic codes required to copy the part of the information stored in the NAND flash memory to the working memory. The controller is connected to the programmable memory for controlling random reading of the information stored in the working memory using the second addresses. The circuit is useful in terms of cost.
Cette invention se rapporte à un circuit comprenant une mémoire flash NAND. Il vaut mieux fournir une mémoire flash NAND à un appareil, par exemple un appareil mobile. Le circuit comprend une mémoire de travail, une mémoire programmable et un contrôleur. La mémoire de travail a une capacité moindre que la capacité de la mémoire flash NAND pour copier une partie de l'information stockée dans ladite mémoire flash. Cette mémoire de travail a des secondes adresses différentes des premières adresses de la mémoire flash NAND. La mémoire programmable possède les codes de base requis pour copier la partie d'information stockée dans la mémoire flash NAND sur la mémoire de travail.
