An apparatus and a method for an Internet telephone interface are provided. According to a method for making an Internet phone call using an IP address, a database of the IP address of a plurality of terminal connected to the Internet is made and when a first terminal requests the IP address of a second terminal the database is searched for the IP address of the second terminal and the IP address of the second terminal is provided to the first terminal so that the first terminal can make an Internet phone call to the second terminal. According to the apparatus and method, when an Internet phone call is made, an audio output signal, which is received by an external terminal connected to an external ordinary telephone, is output to the handset of the external ordinary telephone, and an audio input signal, which is received by the external ordinary telephone, is input to an audio input signal processing unit of the external terminal so that an Internet phone call is connected using the external ordinary telephone. By doing so, making an Internet phone call using an external ordinary telephone is enabled.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'interfaçage téléphone Internet. Ce procédé consiste, pour effectuer un appel téléphonique Internet à l'aide d'une adresse IP, à établir une base de données de l'adresse IP de plusieurs terminaux connectés à l'Internet, et lors d'une demande, par un premier terminal, de l'adresse IP d'un second terminal, à rechercher dans la base de données l'adresse IP de ce second terminal et à fournir cette adresse au premier terminal, de façon que celui-ci puisse établir un appel téléphonique Internet avec le second terminal.
