A method and apparatus for repairing/relining a conduit (c) wherein a heat curable lining (10) in a folded condition is placed about an inflatable tube (32), the heat curable lining (10) being held in place by securement members (24) with means (26) for subsequently releasing the securement members (24), placing the inflatable tube (32) within the conduit (c) and pumping hot fluid into the inflatable tube (32) to bring the heat curable lining (10) into contact within interior surface of the conduit (c) and maintaining the pressure for a period of time sufficient to effect a cure of the lining (10) and then deflating and withdrawing the inflatable tube. The lining does not adhere to the conduit.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de réparer/revêtir une canalisation (c). Selon le procédé, on place un revêtement intérieur (10) thermodurcissable autour d'un tube gonflable (32) en le repliant; on maintient ledit revêtement (10) en place par des éléments de fixation (24) qui comportent un dispositif (26) permettant ensuite de les libérer; on introduit le tube gonflable (32) dans la canalisation (c); on envoie par pompage un fluide chaud dans le tube (32), de façon à amener le revêtement thermodurcissable (10) en contact avec la surface interne de la canalisation (c); on maintient la pression pendant une durée suffisante pour durcir le revêtement (10); puis on dégonfle le tube gonflable et on le retire. Le revêtement intérieur ne colle pas à la canalisation.
