Apparatus (1) and method for moulding lollipops, the apparatus comprising stick receiving means (6) and a mould forming surface (3) of a mould (15), the stick receiving means being mounted for pivotal movement relative to the mould forming surface through substantially ninety degrees. In use the apparatus is passed around a circuit (34) and engagement between the apparatus and a cam track (35) is such that a stick held by the stick receiving means is pivoted through substantially ninety degrees into the mould so that confectionery material can be poured into the mould and around the stick. As the apparatus further progresses around the circuit the formed lollipop is pivoted out of the mould for release from the stick receiving means.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) et un procédé servant au moulage de sucettes. Ce dispositif comprend un moyen de fixation (6) servant à recevoir un bâtonnet, ainsi qu'un moule (15) comprenant une surface de moulage (3). Le moyen de fixation (6) est monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter de 90· par rapport à la surface de moulage (3). Le procédé consiste à faire avancer le dispositif (1) sur un circuit (34). Dans ce circuit (34), le dispositif (1) est en contact avec une rampe de guidage (35) permettant de faire pivoter un bâtonnet fixé par le moyen de fixation (6) de 90·, dans le moule, de façon qu'un produit de confiserie puisse être versé dans le moule, autour du bâtonnet, puis de faire pivoter le bâtonnet à nouveau de 90·, hors du moule, et de dégager le bâtonnet du moyen de fixation.
