ABSTRACT An apparatus and method for producing a series of dimensionally identical concrete structural modules. The method facilitates the manu- facture of a plurality of low cost molds of close minimum dimensional tolerance which will consequently produce modules which can be interchanged and stacked. Using a master pattern, having non-porous surfaces of the hollow rectangular module, inner and outer forms are provided within and without the pattern and a cementitious mold is cast and hardened to pro- vide inner and outer molds with their mold faces formed against the non- porous pattern. The concrete molds are provided with mold release mecha- nisms and shipped to other producers for use in the production of the structural modules.
