The present invention is directed to an apparatus for manufacturing a decorated molded product which comprises a first clamping device 4 for pressing an insert film 7 to a parting face of a fixed mold 11 to enclose a cavity 10 and an injection gate 14, the fixed mold 11 having a vacuum suction port 16 and the injection gate 14 for a molten resin 17, a movable mold 13 having a runner 112 facing the injection gate 14 and communicating with the cavity 10, and in which the insert film 7 is held between the fixed mold 11 and movable mold 13, so that a pattern of the insert film 7 is formed to a molded product simultaneously when the product is injection-molded. The insert film 17 after being pressed to a surface of the fixed mold 11 by the first clamping device 4 is brought in tight contact with the fixed mold 1 through vacuum suction, and the molten resin 17 is injected from the injection gate 14 to pass through the runner 112 of the movable mold 13 from a hole formed in the insert film 7 to finally reach the cavity 10 and fill a gap between the insert film 7 and movable mold 13.
L'invention concerne un premier dispositif de serrage (4) pour presser un film d'insertion (7) contre la surface de séparation d'un moule fixe (11) de manière à former une cavité (10) et une ouverture d'injection (14), le moule fixe (11) ayant des orifices d'aspiration (16) par vide et l'ouverture d'injection (14) pour la résine fondue (17), un moule mobile (13) présentant des canaux (112) faisant face à l'ouverture d'injection (14) et communiquant avec les cavités (10). Le film d'insertion (7) est placé entre le moule fixe (11) et le moule mobile (13). Le motif du film d'insertion (7) est transféré sur le produit moulé en même temps que se fait le moulage par injection.
