An apparatus and method of ornamenting a baseball cap or the like having a rearwardly positioned adjustment band. A sheet of material is formed into a generally tubular body. The generally tubular body is placed over an adjustment band of the cap. There is a logo or other such indicia on the body which is rearwardly displayed when the cap is worn.
