Apparatus (1) for preparing a beverage liquid from beverage ingredients contained in a receptacle (2) by passing water through the substance by centrifuging the receptacle comprising: centrifugation means for driving the receptacle around its central axis of rotation (I), means (11) for feeding water in the receptacle, filtering means (4) placed in the receptacle, characterized in that: wherein it is provided with at least one beverage flow outlet of variable cross-section for the flow of beverage to be able to leave the receptacle.
La présente invention concerne un appareil (1) qui permet de préparer une boisson liquide à partir dingrédients de la boisson contenus dans un récipient (2) en imprégnant la substance deau par centrifugation. Le récipient comprend : un moyen de centrifugation permettant dentraîner le récipient autour de son axe central de rotation (I); un moyen (11) permettant dalimenter le récipient en eau; un moyen de filtration (4) disposé dans le récipient. Le récipient se caractérise en ce quil dispose au moins dune sortie découlement de boisson présentant une section transversale variable pour lécoulement de la boisson afin de lui permettre de quitter le récipient.
