A mold production apparatus and method capable of producing a mold of intricate shape with stabilized quality. In the production method, an apparatus comprising a mold having a cavity internally, a steam supply unit, a steam suction passage to the cavity, a plurality of steam discharge passages, a means arranged in the steam discharge passages and regulating the steam flow discharged from the cavity, and a means for controlling the flow regulation means is used. The cavity of a heated mold is filled with resin-coated sand produced by coating refractory aggregate with a binder resin and then supplied with overheated steam. The flow regulation means is controlled by the control means such that the cavity is filled with overheated steam uniformly.
La présente invention décrit un appareil et un procédé de production de moule capables de produire un moule de forme intriquée avec une qualité stabilisée. Le moyen de régulation de vapeur est commandé par le moyen de commande de sorte que la cavité soit remplie uniformément avec la vapeur surchauffée.
