An apparatus for reducing a neutral line current using a load switching unit in accordance with the present invention includes a phase current detection unit for detecting a phase current in each of a top stage power line and a bottom stage power line, a load switching unit for changing an arrangement of the loads connected to each phase of at least one of the top stage power line and the bottom stage power line; and, a control unit for controlling the load switching unit by comparing strengths of the detected phase current of the top stage power line with strengths of the detected phase current of the bottom stage power line and to change the arrangement of the loads connected to each phase of at least one of the top stage power line and the bottom stage power line according to results of the comparison. Therefore, the neutral line current reduction apparatus in accordance with the present invention is capable of being easily installed and drastically reducing costs compared to conventional methods and is capable of drastically improving upon the failure and erroneous operation of devices due to supply reliability and neutral line current of the power distribution system by actively and rapidly coping with changes in the load.
Appareil permettant de réduire le courant dans une ligne neutre au moyen d'un dispositif de commutation de charge, comprenant une unité de détection du courant de phase qui détecte le courant de phase dans une ligne électrique supérieure et une ligne électrique inférieure, une unité de commutation de charge qui modifie la répartition des charges liées à chaque phase d'au moins une ligne parmi la ligne électrique supérieure et la ligne électrique inférieure, ainsi qu'un dispositif de commande qui commande l'unité de commutation de charge en comparant la puissance du courant de phase détecté dans la ligne électrique supérieure avec la puissance du courant de phase détecté dans la ligne électrique inférieure, et qui change la répartition des charges liées à chaque phase d'au moins une ligne parmi la ligne électrique supérieure et la ligne électrique inférieure, selon les résultats de la comparaison. Ainsi, l'appareil de réduction du courant de ligne neutre peut être facilement installé et réduire grandement les coûts par rapport aux méthodes conventionnelles. il permet également de grandement réduire les défaillances et le mauvais fonctionnement des dispositifs existants attribuables à la fiabilité de l'alimentation et au courant de ligne neutre du système de distribution d'électricité en gérant activement et rapidement les variations de charge.
