A method for separating at least two discrete volumes of a composite liquid into at least a first component and a second component, comprises: centrifuging at least two separation bags containing two discrete volumes of a composite liquid respectively, so as to separate therein the first and second components; transferring at least one fraction of a first separated component from the separation bags into satellite bags connected thereto respectively; detecting a characteristic of a component at determined location in each separation bag; and stopping transferring the at least one fraction of the first component from each separation bag into the first satellite bag connected thereto, upon detection of the characteristic of a component at the determined location.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour séparer au moins deux volumes distincts d'un liquide composite en au moins un premier composant et un second composant, qui comprend : la centrifugation d~au moins deux sacs de séparation contenant deux volumes distincts d'un liquide composite respectivement, de façon à séparer dans ceux-ci les premier et second composants ; le transfert d~au moins une fraction d'un premier composant séparé à partir des sacs de séparation dans les sacs satellites reliés à ceux-ci respectivement ; la détection d~une caractéristique d'un composant à un endroit déterminé dans chaque sac de séparation ; et l~arrêt du transfert d~au moins une fraction du premier composant à partir de chaque sac de séparation dans le premier sac satellite relié à celui-ci, après la détection de la caractéristique d'un composant à l'endroit déterminé.
