The invention relates to an apparatus (100) for sifting feedstock (1), comprising: a. a static sifter (2) that has a ventilated bottom (4) which is oriented at an angle to the vertical and is penetrated by sifting gas (3); b. an inlet (9) for feeding the feedstock (1) to the ventilated bottom; c. (4) an outlet (10) for the coarse material; d. a dynamic sifter (5) that is mounted downstream and encompasses at least one rotor (6) with rotor blades (15) and a horizontal rotor axis; e. at least one outlet (19) for the sifting gas loaded with fine material; and f. a housing (8) inside which the static and the dynamic sifter (5) are arranged. The housing area surrounding the dynamic sifter is designed as a housing spiral such that the sifting gas (3) flows against the rotor (6) in a substantially tangential direction. The rotor (6) rotates (14) counter to the direction of flow of the sifting gas (3) in the housing spiral.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de séparation d'une matière d'alimentation qui comprend a. un séparateur statique, pourvu d'un fond d'aération incliné par rapport à la verticale et parcouru par un gaz de séparation, b. une ouverture d'alimentation permettant le versement de la matière d'alimentation sur le fond d'aération, c. une ouverture d'évacuation pour les grosses particules, d. un séparateur dynamique placé en aval, qui comprend au moins un rotor pourvu de pales de rotor et d'un axe de rotor horizontal, e. au moins une ouverture d'évacuation pour le gaz de séparation chargé de fines particules et f. un carter, dans lequel les séparateurs statique et dynamique sont placés, la zone du carter qui entoure le séparateur dynamique étant réalisée sous la forme d'une spirale, de sorte que le gaz de séparation afflue sur le rotor d'une façon sensiblement tangentielle. Par conséquent, le sens de rotation du rotor est opposé au sens de circulation du gaz de séparation dans le carter spiralé.
