The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for stripping wort. The apparatus comprises a receptacle that has a wort inlet and a wort outlet. The apparatus further comprises a heater on the side wall of the receptacle as well as a distributor device which applies the wort to the heating surface of the heater such that the wort runs down the heating surface as a film.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le strippage du moût. Le dispositif comprend un réservoir avec une alimentation en moût et une évacuation du moût.
