A needle, and obturator assembly for access to entrance lumens in an access device disposed subcutaneously in a body of a mammal for transfer of fluid into, and/or out of the mammal body; comprising a first needle (40), an obturator (106) unit (20) for insertion through a skin portion of the mammal body, and into a first of the lumens of the access device; a second needle (40), and obturator (106) unit (20) for insertion through the skin portion of the mammal body into a second of the lumens of the access device; hub structure for supporting the first, the second needle, the obturator units in fixed, spaced apart positions relative to each other after complete insertion of the first, the second needle, and obturator units in the respective lumens. The first, the second obturators are withdrawable from their respective needles to open the first, the second passageways in the respective needles for the transfer of fluid into, and/or out of the access device.
L'invention concerne un système aiguille et obturateur conçus pour pénétrer dans les lumières d'admission d'un dispositif d'accès implanté sous la peau d'un mammifère et permettre un transfert de fluide dans le corps d'un patient ou hors de ce dernier. Cet système comprend un premier ensemble (20) aiguille (40) et obturateur (106) destiné à être inséré à travers une portion de peau du mammifère, dans une première lumière du dispositif d'accès, un second ensemble (20) aiguille (40) et obturateur (106) destiné à être inséré à travers une portion de peau du mammifère, dans une seconde lumière du dispositif d'accès, et une structure d'embout maintenant le premier et le second ensemble aiguille et obturateur dans des positions fixes espacées l'une de l'autre après leur insertion complète dans lumières correspondantes. Le premier et le second obturateur peuvent être retirés de leur aiguille respective de manière à créer un premier et un second passage dans les aiguilles respectives et permettre le transfert d'un fluide dans le dispositif d'accès et/ou hors de ce dernier.
