The invention relates to an apparatus for the visual inspection in particular of concealed soldered joints, in particular between an electric or electronic component disposed on the surface of a printed circuit board and the printed circuit board, with an ocular unit (3), a lens head (2), an image transmission unit (4) for transmitting the image received by the lens head (2) to the ocular unit (3) and an illuminating device (15, 16) for illuminating the soldered joints to be tested, in which the lens head (2) comprises a device for image deviation (9) which extends up to the axially outer end of the lens head (2), and in which the illuminating device (15, 16) is disposed in the lens head (2) in such a way that the exit angle of the light of the illuminating device (15, 16) out of the lens head (2) is substantially equal to the deviation angle of the image deviation (9) and the exit point of the light is disposed next to the device for image deviation (9) in the area of the axially outer end of the lens head (2).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour l'examen optique, en particulier de brasures cachées, notamment, entre un composant électrique ou électronique disposé à la surface d'une platine et la platine elle-même, comprenant une unité oculaire (3), une tête d'objectif (2), une unité de transmission d'images (4), pour la transmission de l'image prise par la tête d'objectif (2) sur l'unité oculaire (3), et un dispositif d'éclairage (15, 16) destiné à éclairer les brasures à examiner, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'objectif (2) présente un dispositif de déviation d'image (9) s'étendant jusqu'à l'extrémité extérieure axiale de la tête d'objectif (2), et en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (15, 16) est disposé dans la tête d'objectif (2) de telle façon que l'angle de sortie de la lumière du dispositif d'éclairage (15, 16) à partir de la tête d'objectif (2) soit sensiblement égal à l'angle de déviation du dispositif de déviation d'image (9), et en ce que l'emplacement de sortie de la lumière est prévu à proximité du dispositif de déviation d'image (9), dans la zone de l'extrémité extérieure axiale de la tête d'objectif (2).
