A portable apparatus (11) is shown for tranporting heated pavement repair materials. The apparatus (11) has a body (13), a skid (14) for mounting the body (13) upon a bed of a truck, a heat chamber (15), a pair of running lights (16, 18) mounted at the rear of the body (13). A discharge chute (23) discharges the repair material from the heat chamber (15). A hydraulically powered mixing shaft (29) is disposed within the heat chamber. Mixing paddle arms (33), with sides (37, 39) are disposed upon the mixing shaft (29). The mixing shaft (29) is driven through a reduction gear box (43) and hydraulic output shaft (45). A hydraulic motor (46) powers mixing shaft (29). The hydraulic system is independently powered by a 14 horsepower diesel engine (48). Fuel sources (52, 54, 56) are propane bottles mounted on skid (14).
L'invention concerne un dispositif portatif (11) servant au transport de matériaux chauffés de réfection de revêtements. Ce dispositif (11) présente un corps (13), un patin (14) servant au montage du corps (13) sur la plate-forme d'un camion, une chambre de chauffe (15), ainsi qu'une paire de feux de position (16, 18) montés à l'arrière du corps (13). Une goulotte d'éjection (23) éjecte le matériau de réparation, à partir de la chambre de chauffe (15). Un arbre de malaxage (29) entraîné de façon hydraulique, est monté dans cette chambre. Des palettes de malaxage (33), présentant des côtés (37, 39), sont montées sur l'arbre de malaxage (29), lequel est commandé par l'intermédiaire d'un démultiplicateur (43) et d'un arbre de sortie hydraulique (45). Un moteur hydraulique (46) entraîne l'arbre de malaxage (29). Le système hydraulique est commandé de manière indépendante par un moteur Diesel à 14 chevaux (48). Des sources de carburant (52, 54, 56) sont constituées par des bouteilles de propane montées sur le patin (14).
