An apparatus and method for attaching a dispersion valve to a fractionation tray surface. The valve is inserted into a fractionation tray perforation. At least two legs extend downward from a cover plate with a larger square area than the perforation. Each of the legs is positioned at or near the peripheral inner surface of the tray perforation. Each leg has an outwardly projecting hooking element. As the valve is inserted into the fractionation tray perforation by pressure applied to the cover plate, the hooking elements bend inward slightly to a smaller circumferential plane than that of the tray perforation. After insertion, the flexible legs spring back to their original outwardly projection. The tip of each hooking element then contacts the bottom of the fractionation tray surface to define and limit the upward motion of the valve. At least one downward projection from the cover plate defines and limits the downward motion of the valve into the tray perforation.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de fixer une valve de dispersion sur un plateau de fractionnement. La valve est insérée dans une perforation du plateau. Au moins deux montants s'étendent vers le bas, depuis une plaque-couvercle dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui de la perforation. Chaque montant, placé au niveau de la surface interne périphérique de la perforation ou à proximité de celle-ci, dispose par ailleurs d'un élément de fixation faisant saillie. Lorsque la valve est insérée dans la perforation via une pression appliquée à la plaque-couvercle, les éléments de fixation se courbent légèrement vers l'intérieur jusqu'à atteindre un plan de circonférence moindre que celui de la perforation. Après l'insertion, les montants flexibles reprennent leur configuration initiale en protubérance. L'extrémité de chaque élément se trouve ensuite en contact avec le bas de la surface du plateau, de manière à définir et à limiter le mouvement de la valve vers le haut. Au moins un élément s'étendant vers le le bas depuis la plaque-couvercle définit et limite le mouvement de la valve vers le bas dans la perforation.
