Systems and methods are provided for dispensing compositions com-prising sols, sol-forming compounds, or highly viscous compositions into porous substrates. In some embodiments, the porous substrates are elements of transder-mal delivery devices. In some embodi-ments, the highly viscous compositions comprise alkylcellulose ethers, or deriva-tives thereof, in particular, hydroxypropyl cellulose. Such may be useful in continu-ous web-based manufacturing processes.

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour distribuer des compositions comprenant des sols, des composés formant un sol, ou des compositions très visqueuses dans des substrats poreux. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les substrats poreux sont des éléments de dispositifs dadministration transdermique. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les compositions très visqueuses comprennent des éthers dalkylcellulose, ou des dérivés de ceux-ci, en particulier, lhydroxypropylcellulose. Ceux-ci peuvent être utiles dans des procédés de fabrication basés sur une bande continue.
